Wonderful owner operated cabin! Located in Gatlinburg TN.  Five (5) bedroom and five (5) bathroom cabin with Firepit, gas grill, two hot tubs, two covered decks and pool table.  Just 0.4 mile to one of three community pools. Only about 3 miles to the strip downtown Gatlinburg and the GSM National Park, less than a mile to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort . All five bedrooms have private baths, SMART TVs, and NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES (4 kings and 1 queen). This luxurious cabin has GREAT VIEWS of the Smokies and seasonal views of City lights, in a beautiful wooded setting, complete with the Ober Tram, literally right above you! Featuring gas Firepit and gas grill area with a great view of downtown.  Two covered deck levels, 2 HOT TUBs and rec-room with pool table on lower level.  Pet friendly with approval and fees.  

RULES: Must be at least 25 to book. Additional guest fee over 10 guests No 3rd party bookings.  Disclosed pet fee with approval, $500 undisclosed pet fee, $50/hr late check out fee.  No one night reservations less then one month in advance, 5 minimum stay during holidays. Cancellation Policy No refunds, travel insurance is offered.  $1000 refundable security deposit required.

We are not responsible for things outside of our control including but not limited to the weather, wildlife activity, disruptions in power or internet, public roads, noise from surrounding properties, acts of nature or local laws.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
